In emergencies, you maybe able to collect your order within 24 hours. In the unlikely event we do not have the requested equipment on hand, we quickly will help you to find an alternative.
Most items show the numbers of items contained in each shipping unit. We would appreciate it if you could order full units where possible. This requires less re-packaging which allows us to continue to be able to deliver quickly and at a competitive price.
The price quoted by KLOP is the rental price per week per item. The costs for packaging, transport and insurance are not included in the rental price. The rental price has been set at a minimal rental period of 4 weeks. KLOP will charge an order fee for small orders. Call us for your net rental price! Depending on the length of the rental period, KLOP will provide you with a good net price.
In general we expect you to pick up and return the rented equipment yourself. If you do not have access to means to transport the rented equipment to your building site, KLOP can deliver the equipment at your location by truck with crane. Please make arrangements for transport with us 3 working days or 72 hours prior to the time you wish to have the equipment delivered or collected. If you place your order and advise us of changes ahead of time, KLOP can combine transports and you will benefit from relatively low transportation costs.
